First time on a server like this?

Towns, money, skills that level while you play. It's a lot on day one. The guide covers your whole first hour in five minutes of reading.

What burns here

No minigames, no lobby. Just one world with history in it.

landStake a claim Start with a shack. End up running a town with taxes, allies, and a rival you refuse to name in chat. Your land is yours, and nobody builds on it but the people you let in.
skillsGet scary good The longer you play, the more your character can do. Mine enough stone and you'll start shattering it barehanded. There's always a bigger number to chase.
crossplayBring anyone Your friend on Switch, your cousin on a phone, you at your desk. Same world, standing next to each other.
safetyGriefers lose Every block placed or broken is on record. If somebody wrecks your place, staff wind it back like it never happened.

FAQ

Do I need to buy Minecraft Java Edition?
No. Whatever version of Minecraft you already own is enough. The server does the translating, and your normal Microsoft login is your account here too.
Which versions work?
On Java, 26.1 or newer. On Bedrock, if your game is up to date, you're fine. Phones and consoles update themselves, so most people never think about this.
How does joining from a console actually work?
Consoles have no "Add Server" button, so there's a one-time workaround: change one DNS setting, open Minecraft, and tap a Featured Server (use Lifeboat or Minevillenot The Hive). A menu pops up where you pick Connect to a Server and enter mc.hellsdomain.com port 19132. Full step-by-step for every console is in the console setup guide.
Why do some names start with a dot?
That dot means they're playing on Bedrock or a console. It keeps gamertags from colliding with Java usernames. Same world, same rules, just a different device.
What does "fresh seasons" mean? Does the world reset?
Roughly every six months the world resets: new map, new seed, everyone starts even. Builds, money, towns, and skill levels reset with it — your rank, your reputation, and your grudges carry over. A season is long enough to build an empire; the reset is what makes founding one worth it again.
Someone wrecked my build. Now what?
Tell a staff member. Every block change on this server is on record, so we can rewind the damage precisely. And if it happened on your town's land, the griefer had no business being able to touch it in the first place, so we'd like to know.
